Upon my arrival in Ottawa in 1989 I became acquainted with Canadian politics through an MP serving in Parliament and decided to eventually pursue a public life in Canadian politics. I eventually moved to St. Sauveur finding myself in the midst of a property boom. I became involved in various businesses as a foreign investor and did especially well. I have invested millions of dollars towards business, political and humanitarian endeavours in Canada and in the province of Quebec. My development of various business and political initiatives serve to benefit Canada and the global community and my involvement in various humanitarian projects promote the well-being of citizens of the world. My strengths lie in a never ending search for personal & professional growth through seminars and higher education, visionary thinking, and a keen understanding of the delicate symmetry between business and politics. These attributes make me a considerable leader in the global community.
My contributions to Canada that have served this country’s social, economic and philanthropic development:

Medical Technology & Innovative Products -During the development of medical facilities in Beijing, China during 1999-2003 I was involved with the development of a test for HIV/AIDS and with a project involving heart valve replacement technology, blending the financing with the support and advocacy of new technology for products that benefit all people regardless of status or ethnicity.
Water our Global community needs - I have been a major donor to projects that find ways to clean non-potable water and to make that technology available to third world country NGOs and to disaster relief efforts. I’m hoping to fund the final stages of a project that would make this technology portable to any place globally quickly and cost efficiently.
Training Program & Facility development – Bulgaria - The Bulgarian government representatives met with me at the trade zone airport in Mirabel and then in February 2000, I travelled to Seattle to meet with the Consul General of Bulgaria and the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Solomon Passy where they began discussions for the creation of a pilot training facility in Sofia.
Air Medical Transport - I worked on the Aero Celtic project for financing of aircraft for cargo and medical transport. I worked earnestly with the corporate executives, flying them to the Middle East and Europe to meet with financing companies and potential contractors as well as with the provincial government.
Sponsorship - In 2005 I sponsored the Torch Run for the Special Olympics and the Children’s softball tournament for underprivileged children. Since 2006, I have sponsored several Walk for the Cure participants as well as various other events including my children’s school fundraisers. In 2010, I sponsored several children’s camp activities.
Global Village & Employment Strategies - In 2005 the development of the Global Village Company began to prepare for launch in Canada. Over 300,000 jobs were forecasted in the UAE area that require external applicants in professional, support staff and labour intensive positions. In January 2008, Minister of External Affairs Maxime Bernier announced their intention to host a job fair for constituents in the Montreal area for jobs in the UAE via Global Village affiliated companies.
Trade Zone Initiative - I hosted an international economic summit and forum in furtherance of the objectives of the Trade Zone project at Mirabel in 1998. My support of this initiative led to the 1998 creation of the Rainbeau Management Associates that would develop the plan for re-utilization of the Mirabel Airport. In early 1999, work began with the principals in the Airport Management company, ADM, the government, and the local stakeholders. I was instrumental in assisting Mr. Wu, a prominent Chinese businessman preparing to invest $20M USD toward real estate development, with his attempt to obtain his Canadian papers.
Telecommunications - I worked on a telecommunications company that in partnership with the Quebec government, developed call centres, creating employment for 4000 people in regional areas of high unemployment. The telecommunications company in 2000 forged alliances and partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Rockwell, Alliant Telecom, Sprint, Toshiba, EDSI, etc. and had various contracts from GM, Visa, Interwest, and Blue Mountain Resorts for call center fulfillment.
Overall, I have spent in excess of $55,000,000 USD in investments, development costs, and in contributions for political interests in the economy, job development, project financing, and the marketing and exporting of Canadian know-how.
