Bringing this matter 360˚...the answer to the question of where did they get the information for the articles is Michel Strecko, the government informant. It is very coincidental that 20 minutes after the reporter called me for a comment on May 9, 2008, Michel Strecko called me and made very threatening and intimidating comments to me that was heard by my 7 year old daughter. He was very happy while calling me a “papillion de nuit”, my time was almost up, my family including my newborn son was soon to be over.
I filed a police report immediately with the police for the threats against me and my family by Michel Strecko.
Of course this is a conversation that my daughter does not nor will ever forget. She has suffered night terrors and related trauma induced illnesses. That fact that someone could even consider my children as part of a coordinated attack against me is further evidence that they exhibit no qualifying marks of integrity.

The government has still in reserve the 2 ultimate tools in their campaign of terror...Security Certificate and Extraordinary Rendition. These are the most frightening spectres in their arsenal and are used when their other tools prove ineffective. Based on what will they obtain these against me? It is important to realize that Canada and the US were the only 2 nations who have refused to sign the UN convention prohibiting the covert movement of citizens under these two types of mechanisms. The Swiss have also refused to associate themselves with this type of terrorism to the point where they have lodged an action and complaint before the UN and World Court complaining that even their airspace was violated by countries transversing their borders via aircraft carrying individuals being moved for the purpose of secretive and involuntary detainment under rendition rules (perceived not proved threat to a country).
Citizenship and Immigration Canada has resurfaced in the government`s campaign against me. As of Friday, September 25, 2008; my wife received notification that her Application for renewal of her ministerial permit, pending her application for permanent residency, was refused. This clearly, given the situation of her home here and our children in school and our newborn son, was an intentional act by the government to separate me from my family and cause further prejudicial harm to me, my family, and our life.

I am filing a Federal Court Action in damages against Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, Crown prosecutor Marlene Archer, the RCMP, Agent Mark Legault (RCMP), Ministry of Public Safety, Stockwell Day, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maxime Bernier, Canada Revenue Agency, Rene Gagniere, Richard Martel, Wissam Hannah, Citizenship & Immigration Canada, Diane Finley, Surete du Quebec, Jacques Beaupre, and Michel Strecko.
